Journal Title: Journal of Applied Material Science

Journal Abbreviated Title: J. Appl. Mater. Sci.

Publisher: Hakim Sabzevari University

The new Journal of Applied Material Science, published by Hakim Sabzevari University, aims to cover a broad range of scientific discoveries in materials, polymers, biomaterials, nanomaterials, and advanced materials. Additionally, the journal provides a platform for researchers interested in exploring the interactions between living components and non-living materials, as well as between different classes of materials.

The journal accepts scientific reports introducing innovative applications for new materials, covering device design and the use of materials in various applications. Additionally, the journal considers engineering materials and formulations related to the development of these materials.

The journal welcomes research on future materials and biomaterials, scientific reports on sustainable materials, biological materials, and living materials. It also encourages studies on drug delivery systems and all other aspects of bioengineering. Additionally, the journal accepts original research, review papers, and mini-reviews on the impact of different biomaterials on humans and the environment.

The Journal of Applied Material Science is seeking original research in the form of communications and full papers, as well as reviews, mini-reviews, and research news. It will be led by Dr. Ahmad Allahbakhsh, the Head of the Department of Polymer Engineering at Hakim Sabzevari University, along with an international team of editors. We are looking forward to receiving your submissions.

The Journal of Applied Material Science is an open-access journal, meaning that all content is freely available to users and institutions at no charge. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles and use them for any lawful purpose without needing to seek prior permission from the publisher or the authors, as long as they properly cite the original work when necessary. This approach aligns with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. Authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights to their work published in this journal. The journal only retains copyright for the covers it prepares and publishes alongside each article. This policy does not affect the authors' rights to deposit and distribute their papers (containing the cover) freely. Authors are free to deposit a copy of their work (whether it is the published version, version of record, or any other version they choose) on personal webpages, sharing platforms, and social media, such as LinkedIn or ResearchGate, as well as in any institutional systems or repositories they select, as long as they properly cite the original work using DOI and/or a link to the journal. Furthermore, since authors hold the copyright to their published articles and data, they may reuse elements from their papers without seeking prior permission, provided they correctly cite the original publication.
